SBN: *swipes it from Garsul and smiles evilly* That fool doesn't stand a chance if he can't get all of these.
Garsul: *takes it back and holds it out of SBN's reach* I'll hang on to this.
SBN: *tries to get it* You don't even know what it is.
Garsul: So then why don't you inform us?
SBN: *leans against his staff* It's me. Well, the energy from parallel me. If you can combine it with the other six you'll have power rivaling that of a demi-god.
SilverFang: *intrigued* So where are the rest?
SBN: I don't know. When my other self and I were separated he got that part of our memory. *looks down at the black heart on his chest that has started to branch out and spread across his chest*
Garsul: *holds the cube up to his face and peers inside its glassy veil*
SilverFang: Wait, you said he wouldn't be able to do anything if he found them all, right?
SBN: Yeah, you have to have all, uh, what were we talking about?
Garsul: *tosses the cube to SilverFang* The cubes, remember?
SBN: Oh, yeah, the cubes. *stares off into space*
Garsul: Normally I wouldn't care, but are you alright?
SBN: *left eye starts twitching* Ye-yeah.
SilverFang: How dangerous would the squirrel be right now?
Garsul: He should be just a regular mortal.
SilverFang: What do you mean, should?
Garsul: Well, from what I know of these cubes, the more he finds the more his power level increases. Though because he's just a mortal that's all it should do. *looks over at SBN, who's now smelling his own finger* But Nega's sudden lack of intelligence suggests otherwise.
SilverFang: *tosses the cube up into the air and catches it, then repeats* How? Their separated now.
Garsul: Not entirely. You see, since SB is the one and only original Squirrelboy, and Nega is simply his manifested darker side, the two aren't suppose to be able to exist like this. SB's increase in energy may be feeding off of Nega's lack of it. So he's essentially being drained like a leech drains ones blood. If a balance of some sort isn't struck soon Nega may just deteriorate to the point that he no longer can exist and becomes nothing more than a whisper in the wind.
SilverFang: Well I guess that means he won't be a bother to me or Dave's plan then.
Garsul: How much you care about his death is simply too much.
Garsul: *takes it back and holds it out of SBN's reach* I'll hang on to this.
