Will any other members of the BoS get involved in your story? I think that'd make it much better! ;D And i'm pretty sure we're all willing to handourselves to the disposal of your wit!

Perhaps... I think I could interpret a substory where you guys see us on T.V and are like "WTF?"
Then you all rush over to see what's going on and get captured (with Fingers and Jack) and put in ITV's jailhouse. Then you escape and warn us and Gimpy can help build the time machine!!!

Hey, just thought I'd tell y'all, me and Calum have come up with two new ideas for TV shows...
"Inspector Forbes (and Doc. Hale)" is an overly dramatic detective show set in a country village where lots of stuff happens and me and Calum have to solve mysteries, refering to one another only as Inspector and Doctor and taking dramatic pauses. It's fun!!!
"Historically inaccurate stories" is only an idea, but we re-enact famous historical events, only we get facts/names/dates wrong and it's funny.

Both sound good, the historical thingy more good though.

I did once begin a story which I called "The history of the world" or "Alex's history of the world". It was basically Shrimpy, sat in a chair, talking about history (with lots of clips that he narrated). He broke off a lot; he was talking about Moses and Mount Sinai then went on to Indianna Jones and the Raiders of the lost ark. It was pretty good, but I'd have to tweek it a bit to get it worthy of film quality...

Two new time travelling tastic tales for you to hear about. Let's begin!:
"The Terminengine" In the year 2029, talking trains rule the Earth. They oppress the humans and other creatures and are at constant war with them. Then one day, Mr. Shrimpy leads a revolt and stands a fair chance of winning the war for the living (so he himself can oppress the humans and other creatures). The train's reactions? Send Ringo Starr back to 2004 to kill Shrimpy, duh!!!
"Time and time again" (working title) Fingers and Jacko build a machine! Not just any machine, mind - a time machine!!! But then, smelly terrorists kill them and Alex and pals escape in the time machine! Uh-oh!!! They go back to the '50's where Alex's grandparents met, I.C. Nuffing could see and the world was a very different place! Can they get back to the present? (this story will be sort of a prologue to the big 6-part time travel story to explain the car and stuff. It may have sequels like BTTF...)

I know, and when you think about it, not really THAT complicated...
I theoterise (may have made that word up...) that in order to travel at the speed required for time travel (faster than the speed of light) we will need to construct and efficient way of moving things at high speeds. I currently believe high powered super magnets could work (because magnets move very quickly), but we really need to know just how fast light can travel before we plan how to reach that speed...

The faster you move the slower time progresses for you. So you could say in a way that this could be used as a process to going back in time, however very short amounts, say 5 minutes or so. If an astronaut went into space for a year or so he'd come back having aged less than say, his brother. Because obviously a space shuttle travels much faster and closer to the speed of light than the brother does during a normal day.
The way the BTTF DeLorean worked was to move at a high rate of speed and then channel that speed into a quick leap back or forward in time (the Flux Capacitor).
The space-time continuum simply means space cannot exsist without time and vice-versa. The space-time continuum is the relation between space and time. Some people think that if you travel in time you are traveling into a universe parallel to ours. Everything would be the same except at a different time, say the '50s. These people also speculate that to get back to the present would be difficult. They think you'd keep jumping into parallel universes until you finaly got back to yours.
Other people think you could also travel through time via a worm hole of black hole. These might take you to the 'parallel universes'. I'm don't remember how else these celestial bodies work though, I'll have to re-research it...
Thats some basic info on time travel for ya. If you need anymore, look up theories of time travel at Google or go to HowStuffWorks.com and search for how time travel works. That's where I learned most of this.

Perhaps... However I think the BTTF2 vision of 2015 is a bit stretched for our current times. BTW, I just finished another short story. It's about prehistoric man fighting beavers and is inspired alot by Pocahontas! Here's a link to my tales page: www.gimpn.com/talesfromthemoon.htm

That sounds pretty cool. I'll check it out after school.
And BTTF2 isn't going to happen because Marty wasn't involved in that accident which... threw off... the complete balance of the space time continuum...
Yeah, that's right!!!

I'm thinking of bringing that dream about the zombies to life in a story called "School night of the living dead"...

I was thinking of writing a story once where people go to school at night instead of the day and we gradually evolve into night people with big eyes and stuff!
