lol,i tried to make a psiball 5 times.the first three times i didn't feel anything,the fourth i think i felt my hands being pushed apart,and the fifth my hands felt hot.this this good?

More like Bio PK. My latest psiball achievement is making really cold ones that are easily felt. I'll post a picture once I turn my eyes purple.

Also, feeling your hands being pushed apart is a good sign I think, but most people, me included, usually feel the hot sensation.

I feel my hands being pushed apart, but I can still touch my fingertips together with enough force. I'm gonna focus on pyro tk. I think good practice would be lighting something really flammable. We should have a board on this.

I know, you could pour gasoline on fireworks and light it up! Also you can try lighting candles, I think they have an article with that in it, or making hot psiballs and you can try to raise a thermometer's temperature with them.

They list no methods or techniques, it's mostly guesswork. I would use visualization and/or telling your subconscious though. You can find some discussions on it in the forums, but I would say you'd have to find some other website to find out how-to. Most people think that it's properly called DMILS, so you might try using that, or biokinesis or Bio PK.
