because with war drums beating and the elections nearing and George the 2nd's time in office waning, one of these three metropolises may soon disappear in the glow a newborn sun, quickly to be blamed on Iran and/or Russia but doubtlessly originating from the Owellian States of Amerika's own nuclear arsenal... www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=8165and i quote... Here is a brief target analysis of the top three cities: Primary Target: Houston. Over the past four years military and police veterans like me have been alerting the public to government exercises aiming at the nuclear destruction of Houston petro-suburbs. Five times in those four years we were able to predict to within a day major petrochemical explosions in those petro-suburbs. The odds against this kind of accuracy are astronomical. As the center of Big Oil and the Bush Family, Houston remains the most endangered city in America. Any patriotic group, like mine, trying to alert its home city to the dangers of a false flag attack should read my recent article, "The 1/31 Nuke: Proof for Ron Paul" about the successful interdiction of a 2006 attempt against Texas City: www.thepriceofliberty.org/08/01/28/may.htmSecondary Target: Chicago. While Houston is the most endangered city, the most endangered building -- the best candidate to be the next World Trade Center -- is the Sears Tower. Official sources have pronounced it just that ever since the original 9/11 attack, when they said it was on the Al Qaeda hit list. Larry Silverstein, who bought the Twin Towers two months before 9/11, led a group that purchased the Sears Tower on 3/11, 2004, the day of the Madrid bombings. Federal officials have been pointing to Chicago and its Sears Tower as Al Qaeda targets since the original 9/11 attacks, and have repeated the threat ever since. In May 2006,, the government scheduled secret 9/11-type exercises in Chicago, while Chicago Mayor Daley was docked conveniently away in Israel for his first visit there. I sent a widely read communiqué to Illinois Governor Blagojevich as part of a successful Internet attempt to shut down the pending false flag attack: tekgnosis.typepad.com/tekgnosis/2006/05/ghost_troop_com.htmlTertiary Target: Portland. Portland, called "Little Beirut" by Bush cronies because of its enmity to Bush 41 and Bush 43, only made my top three list last summer, when it was designated as a target for a nuclear attack by successive exercises Noble Resolve and TOPOFF. The language in an official press release stated the case plainly enough: "Noble Resolve will coordinate with officials in Oregon to model a nuclear attack on Portland." In the course of researching Portland for a series of articles I wrote about the city and its exercises. I discovered that Stanford and Harvard had prepared a detailed nuclear fallout map for it, that national military commanders and state National Guard commanders were telling different stories about what the exercises were trying to accomplish, and that Portland's The Oregonian newspaper was doing everything it could to avoid investigating the frightening anomalies. I wasn't at all surprised that the last day of the exercises found the Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff in downtown Portland, which was largely closed down by an "unexpected" bomb threat. For another professional perspective on how great the danger was -- and may be again -- I refer the reader to the analysis of my colleague, Major William B. Fox (USMC): www.lonestaricon.com/absolutenm/anmviewer.asp?a=2006&z=186its Christmas at ground zero, there's panic in the crowd, we can dodge debris as we trim the tree, underneath a mushroom cloud...Houston, we have a problem...

on futher consultation and consideration, the most likely place they'll carry out a false flag op of this magnitude would be Los Angeles... forget Houston, Chicago is still up in the air, and Portland well, who knows i guess... be vigilant...

Why would any nation participate in a nuclear war?

thus is the question that more should be asking... whatever nation would be held responsible for a nuclear detonation within the United States is not likely to remain in existence for long afterwards...
hypothetically, were it Iran (or Pakistan, recent developments in that already atomic-armed nation add it to the list of possible patsies) the whole "fanatical islamic extremists with a bomb" explanation would be loudly trumpeted and supposedly this annuls Mutually Assured Destruction as a deterrent because said fanatics don't care if they get wiped out too...
of course though the nuclear device would be american in origin, but like 9/11, the nation would somehow completely miss all the glaring signs of an inside job and blindly allow the .gov to level yet another country, or at the very least would be morbidly apathetic towards the evidence...
as an aside, consider the current crisis in Georgia... "coincidentally" a Tom Clancy video game (Ghost Recon) predicted many of the details of this ongoing conflict 7 years ago, from Russia starting to return to its Soviet militaristic ideals to the exact disputed region (South Ossetia) to even the exact year and month (August 2008), all this 7 years in advance of the events now occurring... even before i started studying world politics and conspiracies i felt Clancy's books to be eerily prophetic in several ways... he wrote of planes being flown into buildings, bioweaponry attacks on america not long after said plane- crashing incident, the death of Saddam Hussein and Iran rising to become the new "threat", to name a few off the top of my head... one of the more alarming "predictions" on my mind these days is recounted in The Sum Of All Fears, where terrorists hoping to provoke a full-scale war between Russia and the US detonate in Denver a crudely built nuclear device made from a recovered Israeli weapon lost during the October War...
a recent headline caught my eye that declared Russia had reignited the Cold War with its refusal to back down from its aggressive stance in the Georgia conflict... piecemeal evidence suggests that Georgia (who did carry out the initial aggression against South Ossetia) was acting in the interests of its puppetmaster the United States, and US special forces may very well have been and continue to be involved in the fighting over there... the US has already demonstrated support by airlifting Georgian troops stationed in Iraq back to their country to defend their nation from the Russians, and US news services have been busted trying to pass off video of a burning city as being a different city to show the Russians are continuing their advance when in fact they have halted their tanks, which can only be characterized as a blatant attempt at anti-Russia propaganda, along with claims of dubious origin of Russian atrocities against civilians... i must note in closing that the Russians have made the same war crimes accusations against Georgian forces, these being one of the main reasons for the Russian response to Georgia invading South Ossetia...
but theres far more going on here than meets the casual eye... the timing of this war, coinciding with the Beijing Olympics (they both started on the same day even) is rather interesting eh...

I agree with what you said there but nuclear war is a stalemate, nobody can technically win.

What about bugs? If we nuke the hell out of the earth in a war the bugs will survive.

in all likelihood if nuclear weapons were used beyond the initial detonation of the false flag device they would be extremely limited deployments, if any at all...
since the case against Iran is centered on the accusations that they are preparing materials to construct nuclear weapons its not too hard to see why a false flag nuke would be most beneficial to the cause of war against them... it would "prove" the US right that not only does Iran have nukes but they are fanatical enough to use them... the recent resignation of the president of Pakistan, himself a US ally but forced out of office for great abuses of power has left a power vacuum within an already unstable nuclear power that shares common ground with Iran...
hypothetically, it could be conceivable that the new pakistani leadership might covertly hand over one or more nukes to Iran and some of the more radical elements of the iranian islamic republican guard smuggle one into the US and detonate it in, say Los Angeles, one of the largest and most decadent american cities to "punish" them... i can already see the western headlines blaring those very words shortly thereafter... but its just one of many possible scenarios the US will employ to make Iran culpable for a nuclear strike they didnt commit...
one more note of interest as far as remarkable parallels in the entertainment sector (along the lines of the fore-mentioned Tom Clancy "coincidences"), in the show Jericho, after the September attacks that destroy 23 US cities by nuclear explosions, the newly formed Cheyenne, Wyoming government of the Allied States of America (backed by the supercorporation Jennings & Rall, who had planned the attacks and prepared for them originally until they were carried out prematurely by an overzealous patriot) declared Iran to be responsible for the attacks with North Korea's help and subsequently launched nuclear retaliations against both, ostensibly out of revenge but really to cover their tracks...

If we could all just put aside our pity differences maybe, though I doubt it, we could do something good for once. And I agree with you on the humans suck case. Could we be anymore different from other animals?

Most humans are okay, I blame the psychopaths who are in charge of the world for the state it's in. Psychopath - Someone who feels no remorse for doing heinous crimes, is extremely manipulative, is incapable of feeling love for anyone but themselves, is ruthless in their attempts to get what they want. Pretty much like all the leaders of the world, right? So how the fuck are average people supposed to live decent lives when their governments are run by the scum of the earth? People hate the criminals who are in prison with a passion, but these are the stupid psychopaths who allow themselves to get caught by the legal system. The smart ones use the system to their advantage by making it seem like they are the good guys fighting evil... see how fucked up everything is? Which affects regular people, who then have kids and those are raised as such and become the same way. Fucking everything up even further. I wish there was something that could be done to stop this, even if it meant killing millions of people. Which is of course messed up, but if we had to in order ensure the human race is able to progress further technologically, then I myself would be willing to. And now that I have that little rant of my chest, and to somewhat stay on-topic, i'm going to look further into Arnold, thank you so much. Because this is something that i've really been meaning to talk to someone about. Sadly, my parents/relatives aren't really on the same page as me, but we do agree that the world is fucked up in so many ways. And before I forget, again, if you guys think my rants like the one above aren't really the greatest and don't want me to keep doing it, please tell me. Because I value honesty and would greatly appreciate it if you would.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." - Martin Luther King Jr.
who are we to demand silence of others who also have seen the truth of the present days, the signs of the times... i doubt any here are above ranting every now and then as a stress reliever, myself included... indeed in my own way i have been ranting passively throughout this thread...
on CZ i did advocate more than once the necessity of culling the homo sapiens herd by a significant percentage, to ensure the continued survival of all life on this planet, particularly that which is threatened by the overpopulation of humans... it is a complex and symbiotic relationship between all forms of life, the more that disappear, the more damaging the long term effects are and the greater the disaster looming down the road becomes...
and yet i know deep down that time is running short, the world has fallen low enough in the last two millenia to meet the requirements for biblical prophecy to begin fulfillment...
